This journal is a documentation of art and cultural events I have experienced as a New Zealander, a traveller, and a current resident of Las Vegas, Nevada.

More Wellington
Apparently, absence makes the heart grow fonder and I think it's true. When I go back to Wellington now, I remember how I used to feel when I was first getting to know the city. It's great to see the old buildings around the waterfront being retained, although often now it is just the facade. And I was treated to clear blue skies on my last day there, and even more amazingly, no wind! I walked into the city through Central Park on Brooklyn Hill - a beautiful forest walk in the middle of the city.
