UNLV Barrick Museum exhibition opening
The Day of the Dead is nearly upon us so it was fitting that the University's Barrick Museum in conjunction with the Mexican Consulate opened an exhibition about the life and work of Frida Kahlo. There were also ofrendas created by student groups, live music and delicious Mexican food. Visitor parking is limited - we were awarded our first Parking Citation - neatly enclosed in a clearly labeled little envelope.
