Now showing at 5th Wall Gallery is 'Outsider' by Jenessa Kenway. Known for her mesmerizing moving image works, Kenway has created an installation which evokes fire and water without directly incorporating either element.
Also worth checking out is artist collective La Dubla's show at Blackbird Studios. Travis Jackson from Las Vegas originally collaborated on zines with LA artists Tom Haubrick and Ken Garduno. Their combined graphic style also works well in the larger gallery context.
